How To Make A 4 Poster Dollshouse Bed

Materials:

  • Small wooden dowels

  • Thin wooden sheets (balsa wood)

  • Wood glue

  • Paint or varnish

  • Tools: saw, sandpaper, drill

Steps:

  1. Cut four pieces of wooden dowel to the same length, these will form the posts of your bed.

  2. Cut two thin wooden sheets to size, these will form the head and footboards of the bed.

  3. Use a drill to make four holes in each head and footboard, slightly smaller in diameter than the wooden dowels.

  4. Sand the edges of the wooden sheets to remove any rough edges.

  5. Insert the dowels into the holes in the head and footboards, and secure them with wood glue.

  6. Cut two more pieces of thin wooden sheet to form the sides of the bed, and glue them to the posts.

  7. Sand the bed to remove any rough edges.

  8. Paint or varnish the bed as desired.

And there you have it! Your own four-poster dollhouse bed.
